To keep things fresh, and let me grow more chilli plants next year, I have decided to build a polytunnel! I spent the last weekend getting it all started and man, am I feeling it today!
The polytunnel is 10ft x 15ft. I have never grown in a polytunnel before. Back in South Africa I remember wanting to get one, and that dream kind of died before it lived. But I am reviving it now with this one! The plan is to get 3 raised beds in the tunnel, 15ftx2ft in size, with 2 paths of 2ft wide. I would have liked to get the raised beds a little wider, but this seems to be the optimal way to space them out. Check out the video below to see me making a start on the tunnel.
