It must have taken a hec of a lot of work to compile these recipes but I am very glad you did.

I will need to substitute a lot of the pepper varieties with shop available ones but I am sure I will cope & it will be a lot of fun.

You have caught my first mistake! I left out 2tsp of Sugar in the “Other Ingredients” section. The good news though is that this is actually great without the sugar as well, thankfully!

Very happy with your cookbook so far, thank you! One question though. The Simple Jalapeño sauce recipe, one of the tips is to replace the sugar with something artificial however there is no mention of sugar in the ingredients list. Can you clarify please? Thank you.
