This is my delicious Killer Cajun Seasoning. It’s fantastic on meat, fish, and vegetables. It has a decent spice, so be a little cautious the first time you use it.
Recipe idea:
- Coat some chicken wings with Killer Cajun Seasoning
- Place the wings in a preheated oven (180’C or 356’F) for 35 minutes.
- Enjoy!

Carolina Reapers, Cayenne, Paprika, Onion, Garlic, Oregano, Peppercorns, Salt, Cumin, Thyme and Lemon Grass

My order finally arrived!
It took a full month to reach me in the Chicago suburbs – no worries. The seasoning tastes FANTASTIC; but, my friends and I are disappointed that there is very little heat. We would put it at no more than 2 out of 5. Might try giving it a stir in my coffee grinder in case the pepper dust settled to the bottom. Still, it has great flavor.

Amazing… this seasoning turns a plain ol pork chop into something special. Theirs nothing overpowering in this seasoning. The spices are perfectly balanced each one complimenting each other nicely followed by decent amount of heat. I love how Chillichumps products are spicy but also have an excellent flavour.

Really good mix of heat and flavour, I use this alot in my cooking but it is also good over fries, eggs and goes really well with meat. My only complaint is the it is ground enough and some bits are too big.

Thanks for your feedback Ovidiu. I agree, the bits were a little too big…while it looks nice, it is more practical to have a finer grind. I have ground up the latest batch much finer as a result!
