Who Am I?
I’m Shaun, the person behind ChilliChump. I’ve been growing chillies commercially since 2006, building hot sauce production from 20 bottles at a time to thousands in a day, and growing a YouTube channel to over 200,000 subscribers, all organically, with no paid promotion.
With 20+ years in IT, I’ve also built custom IoT monitoring systems for my greenhouses, developed plant tracking software, and automated much of the commercial growing process. I’ve handled every stage of this business myself: recipe development, food safety compliance, labelling, production scaling, e-commerce, content creation, and audience growth.

How long is a session?
30 or 60 minutes depending on which option you book. Sessions start on time, so please make sure Google Meet is working in your browser before we begin.
What platform do we use?
Google Meet. You’ll receive a link after booking. No downloads needed, it runs in your browser.
Can I record the session?
Yes. I’ll record it on my end and send you the file afterwards so you can refer back to it. Focus on the conversation, not on taking notes.
Is everything we discuss kept confidential?
Yes. Everything we discuss is treated as confidential. I won’t share your business details, ideas, recipes, or any information from our session with anyone. I ask for the same in return: the specific advice, strategies, and insights I share are for your personal use and should not be redistributed, published, or shared publicly. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
What if I need more help after the session?
You can book another session anytime. I also offer email follow-up for quick clarifications within a week of your session at no extra charge.
I’m a complete beginner. Is this too advanced for me?
No. I tailor every session to where you are. If you’re starting from scratch, we’ll cover the foundations. If you’re already running a business, we’ll go deeper.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but I’m happy to reschedule.
I just have a quick question. Do I need to book a paid session?
Not necessarily. I’m always happy to answer general questions through the contact form. Paid consultancy is for when you need detailed, personalised guidance that goes beyond what I can cover in a quick reply.
