Garlic is a fantastic ingredient! I wanted to create a really hot sauce with a lot of garlic, and this is my first batch. Garlic makes up over 10% of the ingredients in this. I think I can go even stronger, let me know what you think! Be careful, this is another hot one!

- I use Royal Mail to ship my items. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.

If you would like to return your product for a refund, the item must unopened and in its original condition. Refunds are accepted up to 60 days after purchase.

Super tasty. Perfect consistency for adding in with things, though you could put a few drops on something as well if you’re bold and daring. It’s a bit on the spicy side for folks who may not be used to very spicy things. Strong vinegar flavor (and odor) – yes, I’m American and that’s why I spell the way I do- which is not usually my thing, but this sauce is worth it. I add it to some sauerkraut and a bit of roast pork or beef in a slow cooker for 8-10 hours on low and it’s amazing! Spicy, garlicky, peppery, and a little sweet, with that umami added from the Black Garlic. Boy, whoever turned him on to Black Garlic should get a high five.
