This addictive spicy chilli salt is made with the mash from my signature hot sauce, Nyami! It is great on anything you might add salt to! Try it on pork chops, eggs, or grilled vegetables. One way we really enjoy it is on sweetcorn…a knob of butter, generous sprinkling of Nyami salt, wrap up in tinfoil. Cook it on the grill or in the oven. It’s delicious!
Now with MORE Mash! I have increased the ratio of the delicious Nyami mash to salt, for even MORE flavour!

- Dried Nyami Chilli Pepper Mash
- Piri-Piri Chillies
- White Wine Vinegar

This is a fantastic seasoning. It almost like a powdered version of the blazing buffalo sauce. Its great on eggs (cooked any-way imaginable (especially hard-boiled)), Popcorn, potatoes, salads and meat.
personally speaking, it has an awesome “quick heat” that is felt on the tongue and then dissipates quickly, allowing you to enjoy what your eating, and it doesn’t overwhelm the senses or the meal.

My husband and I are in love with the ChilliChump line of spices, but none more than the Nyami Piri Piri Chilli Salt. So far, we have found nothing that can’t be transformed with a sprinkle of this magical salt. While we haven’t tried it (yet), I wouldn’t be surprised if it didn’t elevate ice cream. Try it on corn on the cob, and you will be positively amazed and delighted.
