This batch started in December 2022 and has been patiently fermenting ever since. The capsaicin oils were so intense they stained my equipment red – genuinely never seen that before. Balanced with homegrown garlic, apple cider vinegar, and a touch of sugar, but make no mistake – this is a proper heat bomb.
