Delivery
Please note the following about delivery:
- Shipping to the EU:Â Due to changes in July 2021, customers from the EU could get extra fees when they receive their parcel. - Rejected or returned parcels: If you reject your parcel due to fees, or your parcel is returned to me due to incorrect address, non-delivery, parcel not being picked up from the post office etc., I will re-send the parcel out to you but will need to charge for postage again.
- Alternatively, once the products are received in a re-saleable condition, I can refund the purchase cost (minus the delivery charges).
- I use Royal Mail to ship my items. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.

The Naga Monster definitely does not mess around. It’s got the classic naga flavor at its base, along with a rather persistent heat. Thankfully — it’s not all heat, as the green cardamom and the flavorful vinegar really add a lot of freshness and brightness on top of the natural ripe sweetness of well-grown chiles and the complexity of a proper lactoferment. The asafoetida adds the necessary savory notes in such a way that I don’t miss garlic or onion, so it’s probably great for folks that can’t consume alliums but love a savory sauce. I expect that this is going to bring some lovely warmth to the coming cooler months. I recommend that you enjoy it responsibly and sparingly — a little will go a long way!

Seriously hot, yet very tasty. The added spices compliment the flavor and the heat of the Dorset Naga very well. Respect the advice to use this sparingly, it does skate the edge between pleasure and pain.
