We’ve turned up the heat from our usual jam with this one. Sharp, upfront chilli heat balanced by cherries and summer fruits. Sweet and fruity, but don’t let that fool you.
We only made a small batch, so once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Brilliant with mature cheddar or a soft creamy cheese, that’s the customer favourite. Also works well as a glaze for pork and duck…or if you are feeling adventurous, on a slice of toast!
