- We are based in Lincolnshire, England, and we ship to most of the world, though we are unable to ship to EU countries. Delivery costs will automatically be calculated upon checkout.
- Rejected or returned parcels: If you reject your parcel due to fees, or your parcel is returned to me due to incorrect address, non-delivery, parcel not being picked up from the post office etc., I will re-send the parcel out to you but will need to charge for postage again. Alternatively, once the products are received in a re-saleable condition, I can refund the purchase cost (minus the delivery charges).
- I use Royal Mail to ship my items. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.
- International Delivery times fluctuate. On average it seems to take 10 business days for parcels to arrive. However this can take longer, depending on the time of the year and your location. While I have seen parcels arrive incredibly quickly (4 days to the US is the current record!), sometimes they can take quite a bit longer. See below links for estimated time for delivery according to Royal Mail:
- I can’t control and am not responsible for any possible customs and duties charges. There shouldn’t be a cost to the US, however, there appears to be a duty charge to Canada (although the people I have sent to in Canada have reported that there weren’t any charges). Please check for yourself. Have a look at this calculator for an indication: https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/ e.g HS Code is 21039090 for Hot Sauce
- Deliveries may be split into multiple packages (due to shipping restrictions on the parcel size, liquid amount, etc.)
- I typically ship items once a week, at the moment that is on Thursday.
- If your country isn’t listed for shipping, and it isn’t in the EU, please get in contact and I will add it if possible (https://chillichump.com/contact/)
EU Member States
We are not able to ship to EU countries. From 12 August 2026, EU packaging law (the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) requires us to register, and to appoint a legal representative, in every individual EU country we ship to. Those costs are fixed per country, whether we send one seed packet there in a year or a thousand. For a business our size they aren’t workable, so EU destinations are closed at checkout.
We know that’s disappointing if you’re in Europe, and we’re sorry. If a workable route opens up, we’ll update this page.
This applies to the 27 EU member states. Orders to the UK and to the rest of the world, including European countries outside the EU, are unaffected.
