Garlic is a fantastic ingredient! I wanted to create a really hot sauce with a lot of garlic, and this is my first batch. Garlic makes up over 10% of the ingredients in this. I think I can go even stronger, let me know what you think! Be careful, this is another hot one!

  • Shipping to the EU: Due to changes in July 2021, customers from the EU could get extra fees when they receive their parcel.   • Rejected or returned parcels: If you reject your parcel due to fees, or your parcel is returned to me due to incorrect address, non-delivery, parcel not being picked up from the post office etc., I will re-send the parcel out to you but will need to charge for postage again.
  • Alternatively, once the products are received in a re-saleable condition, I can refund the purchase cost (minus the delivery charges).
  • I use Royal Mail to ship my items. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.

From my research it appears there shouldn’t be a cost to the US, however, there appears to be a duty charge to Canada (although the people I have sent to in Canada have reported that there weren’t any charges).     Super tasty. Perfect consistency for adding in with things, though you could put a few drops on something as well if you’re bold and daring. It’s a bit on the spicy side for folks who may not be used to very spicy things. Strong vinegar flavor (and odor) – yes, I’m American and that’s why I spell the way I do- which is not usually my thing, but this sauce is worth it. I add it to some sauerkraut and a bit of roast pork or beef in a slow cooker for 8-10 hours on low and it’s amazing! Spicy, garlicky, peppery, and a little sweet, with that umami added from the Black Garlic. Boy, whoever turned him on to Black Garlic should get a high five.
