Piri Piri Cherry is our sweet chilli sauce. Glacé cherries are the main ingredient, so you taste the fruit first, then the piri piri chillies bring the heat. Ginger and allspice add warmth, and apple cider vinegar keeps the sweetness in check. It’s Mrs ChilliChump’s favourite.
How hot is it?
It’s 3 out of 5 on our heat scale. There’s more bite than in a shop bought sweet chilli sauce, but it’s sweet enough that people new to chilli can enjoy it.
How to use it
Use it anywhere you’d use sweet chilli sauce: as a dip, or stirred through sweet and sour pork. For extra cherry flavour, add a sprinkle of our Piri Piri Cherry Salt, which is made from the mash leftover when we make this sauce.

If you like sweet chilli dipping sauce then this is the one for you. Lovely ‘mouth heat’ (spiced slightly hotter that store bought) but the flavour of the chili is really there, along with a fruity hint of cherry. Highly recommended this!
