Sweet mango and warming ginger up front, then the 7Pot Primo makes itself known. This is a tasty superhot jam, so there’s real heat here, but the fruit does the heavy lifting. If you want flavour first and fire close behind, this one’s for you.
We only made a small batch of this one, so once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Try it on a burger, as a glaze for chicken or pork, or with a good mature cheddar. Sweet, fruity and seriously hot.

This jam is a real creeper 🥵 I took half a tea spoon and was like “Oh, this is really tasty, but not that hot 🤔”. Then 15-20 seconds later I didn’t think it wasn’t that hot any more 😊.
It is the tastiest chili jam I ever had, and as a sucker for mango I’d say it rivals some of my favorite sauces containing mango as well.
It’s also not as clawingly sweet as some jams, which is an extra bonus in my opinion.
