Jamapeño is a sweet jalapeño chilli jam with a kick. The chilli gives you a quick burst of heat on the tongue, then it fades away fairly fast, which makes it very moreish. Ginger sits underneath with a gentle warmth.
I love it on a juicy burger, a toasted sandwich or with cheese and crackers.
