What’s in the box

Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce (150ml), heat 2/5. The mildest of the three. A sweet, sticky sauce with garlic and fish sauce for a savoury edge.
Ingredients: Sugar, Vinegar (sulphites), Chillies (Kashmiri Mirch, Birds Eye), Water, Garlic, Fish Sauce, Salt, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum

Blazing Buffalo eXtreme (150ml), heat 3/5. A Louisiana style buffalo sauce made with cayenne chillies and a hit of super hots. Mix it with melted butter for buffalo wings.
Ingredients: Cayenne & Superhot Chillies, White Wine Vinegar (sulphites), Garlic, Salt

The Sting (150ml), heat 4/5. The hottest in the box. A sharp, vinegary dash sauce made with Moruga Scorpion chillies.
Ingredients: Moruga Scorpion Chillies, Vinegar (sulphites), Salt, Xanthan Gum
