- Thai Sweet Chilli (150ml) – The mildest of the three 2/5. A sweet sauce with gentle warmth, garlic and real fish sauce for depth. Sugar, Vinegar (sulphites), Chillies (Kashmiri Mirch, Birds Eye), Water, Garlic, FISH Sauce, Salt, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum
- Blazing Buffalo eXtreme (150ml) – 3/5 heat rating. Simple flavours with plenty of heat. Add it to melted butter for fiery buffalo wings. Cayenne & Superhot Chillies, White Wine Vinegar (sulphites), Garlic, Salt
- The Sting (150ml) – The hottest in the box 4/5. A classic vinegar based hot sauce with a lot more heat. Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Chillies, Vinegar (sulphites), Salt, Xanthan Gum
