What’s in the box

The Sting (150ml), heat 4/5. A sharp, vinegary dash sauce made with Moruga Scorpion chillies. The heat hits the tongue straight away, hence the name.
Ingredients: Moruga Scorpion Chillies, Vinegar (sulphites), Salt, Xanthan Gum (<0.01%)

Pain in the Bhut (150ml), heat 4/5. A fermented ghost pepper sauce with garlic, smoked paprika, cumin and cardamom.
Ingredients: Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper), Vinegar (sulphites), Water, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Cardamom, Salt, Xanthan Gum (<0.3%)

Garlic Fire (150ml), heat 4/5. Superhot chillies with black garlic, which makes up over 10% of the sauce.
Ingredients: Trinidad Moruga Scorpion, Primotalii, Garlic, Water, Vinegar (sulphites), Brown Sugar, Salt
