Due to feedback, I removed the xanthan gum from the ingredients. This results in the same great flavour, but not as thick. Get in touch and let me know your preference.
Ingredients:
- Piri Piri Chillies
- Glacé Cherries
- Allspice
- Ginger
- Water
- Apple Cider Vinegar

If you like sweet chilli dipping sauce then this is the one for you. Lovely ‘mouth heat’ (spiced slightly hotter that store bought) but the flavour of the chili is really there, along with a fruity hint of cherry. Highly recommended this!
