The taste is perfect.
The smell is perfect. I think the smell is best described as a dominant cumin-chili smell with a soft tone of vinegar in the background.
The consistency is pretty and creamy.
The heat is there, but it is not terribly hot (personal opinion). I would really like to see what’s the hottest sauce you can create with your peppers naturally without using extract.
In summary: I like it. Well done.
