Our sweet Thai chilli sauce uses two types of chilli: one for colour and a fruity flavour, and one for heat. Fish sauce gives it a savoury edge, and the garlic comes through alongside the sweetness. Even customers who don’t usually like sweet chilli sauce have told us they like this one.
How hot is it?
It’s 2 out of 5 on our heat scale, one of our mildest sauces. There’s a gentle warmth that builds slowly.
How to use it
Use it as a dip for spring rolls and prawns, brush it over salmon before grilling, or toss it through stir fried noodles. One customer splashes it over cream cheese on crackers.

I love to eat this with stir-fry and to splash some on top a cracker with cream cheese. It is really great tasting, I would only like it to be a bit thicker.

Incredible sauce! By far the best sweet chilli sauce I have ever had! Flavour and spice level are just perfect, would highly recommend if you are a sweet chilli fan!
